Class of 85, Silver Jubilee Reunion
Silver Jubilee Reunion for the class of 85 will be held on Saturday, December 25th at Beach Luxury Hotel in Karachi. All graduates of Class of 85 are requested to attend. The local Host committee consists of Dr. Humayun Matin, Dr. Nusrat Anees, Dr. Altaf Khwaja, Dr. Saleem Haider, Dr. Tayeb Asim and Dr. Abdul Waheed Khan. About 125 graduates are planning to attend their silver jubilee re-union.

SMCAANA Winter Meeting 2010
SMCAANA Winter meeting in collaboration with Sindh Medical College Alumni Association of Pakistan is scheduled for 24th of December, 2010 at SMC.
The morning session will be at SMC from 8:00am till Noon. Abstract for the lectures by SMCians are invited and could be emailed to izhamid@aol.com.
Annual SMC Alumni Winter Banquet will be held at Sheraton Hotel Karachi on Friday, December 24th at 7:00pm.
All Smcians around the globe are invited to attend “2010 SMC Winter Meeting”.

APPNA/APPSF Appeals For Pakistan Flood Donations
For the worst flood crisis in the history of Pakistan.
With over two thousand dead, more than half a million injured, 2.5 million displaced and about 13.5 million people are affected by the present floods in Pukhtoonkhwa, Southern Punjab and Sindh.
- Pakistan is facing one of its worst crisis.
- We as expatriates should come forward and help our nation in these desperate times.
- APPNA and its Social Welfare and Disaster Relief Committee (SWDRC) has launched its DONATION APPEAL with the zeal to help these flood victims during the Relief and Rehab phase of this crisis.
- We APPEAL to the members and friends of APPNA to DONATE generously for this humanitarian effort.
- DONATIONS will be used for the provision of FOOD and SHELTER for the victims spreading across the country.
- Further support will be provided for the MEDICAL AID CAMPS and VACCINATION PROGRAM for these victims.
Muzaffargarh is being evacuated to prevent loss of life as flooding of this city is expected? Are we doing enough to help our people??
